||  How much time will it take to fulfill my order?
You will receive your first set of PDF proofs within 5 business days of submitting payment and order details, including all wording. After receiving the digital proofs, you can request up to two rounds of revisions. Revised proofs will be sent within 2 business days after I have received your list of revisions. Once you approve the final proofs, your full order will ship via USPS Priority Mail within 10 business days. All in all, you can plan on approximately one month turnaround time from start to finish.

||  Can I order samples of the save the date or thank you card?
The only samples available are the invitation sets as shown. The save the dates and thank you cards are printed with the same printing process on the same paper as the items included in the sample set. Ordering a sample set is recommended regardless of which pieces you are interested in so you can experience the paper and printing quality, and reference the printed Color Guide before placing your order.

||  Do you offer calligraphy?
While I would very much love to learn calligraphy, that remains a future goal! Calligraphers I have worked with and can personally recommend are:

||  Do you offer printed envelopes or address labels?
I do not, however each suite has coordinating return address stamps and deliver stamps that are strategically sized to fit all three envelope sizes. One of the benefits of the stamps is that you can continue to use them even beyond your wedding invitations. In terms of adding the guests' addresses, my opinion is that the invitation envelope should be hand-addressed. You can read more about that in this post

||  Will you be adding coordinating day-of print material, such as programs and menus?
Yes, that is the plan! I am currently working on it and do have coordinating day-of pieces for several of the designs. I will add them to the site when they are all ready, in the meantime feel free to shoot me an email and I can let you know what is available for your chosen design.

||  Do you offer rush orders?
Sorry, no. I am a one-woman operation and therefore unable to accommodate requests for rush orders. That being said, if you are in a hurry you can add a message to your order and I will do my best to get your first set of proofs to you as quickly as I can.

||  Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship internationally! Please note that my current shop settings for shipping rates are for USA only. You can just submit your order normally and then I will send a secondary paypal invoice before your order ships to cover the the additional shipping cost. International shipments will be sent with a tracking number available, but please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged shipments once your order leaves custody of the US Postal Service.

||  Do you offer other forms of printing, such as letterpress?
No. Because each printing type requires entirely different production timing and procedures, I only offer flat printing. All the printing is ordered from a specialty stationery printer that I have been working with for over two years. If you would like one of my designs but want it letterpressed, you are welcome to find your own letterpress printer. Just can place your order as normal and add a note that instead of the printed pieces you would like the production files to pass on to your letterpress printer. Select the minimum quantity for each item, there are no additional discounts for file-only pieces. Once you approve the final proofs, you will receive print-quality PDF files within 2 business days. From there, you would work directly with your letterpress printer to coordinate the printing and production of your pieces.
